What this site is

Scam Caller Check is a free, community-driven directory where people can look up and report phone numbers and email addresses associated with scam, spam, telemarketing, or other suspicious activity. Listings are built entirely from reports submitted by users like you.

Reports are unverified community claims

Every report, comment, and label on this site is submitted by a member of the public and is not independently verified by us unless explicitly stated otherwise. A number or email appearing here — even with multiple reports — is not proof that it belongs to, or was used by, any particular person or organization. Caller ID and sender addresses can be spoofed or reused, and legitimate numbers/addresses can be reported in error or in bad faith.

Do not treat any listing as a definitive statement of fact. Use it as one input among others when deciding whether to trust an unknown call or email.

Acceptable use

When submitting a report, dispute, or comment, you agree not to:

• Submit content you know to be false, or report a number/email solely to harass or harm someone with no genuine belief it engaged in the reported behavior.
• Include another person's private information beyond what's necessary to describe the incident (e.g. full names, home addresses, financial account numbers).
• Post spam, malware links, unlawful content, or anything infringing someone else's rights.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, captchas, or the dispute/moderation process through automation or multiple accounts.

We may remove content, hide a listing, or restrict access for any submission that violates these terms, at our discretion.

Disputes and corrections

If you believe a number or email associated with you was listed in error — for example because it was spoofed by a scammer — you can file a dispute from that listing's page. Listings that accumulate multiple verified-account disputes are automatically taken offline pending manual review, without deleting the underlying reports. This process is a good-faith effort at fairness, not a guarantee of any particular outcome or timeline.

No guarantee, no liability

Scam Caller Check is provided "as is," free of charge, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or correct, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on information found here — including answering, blocking, replying to, or transacting with any number or email, or failing to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scam Caller Check and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Your content

You retain ownership of what you submit, but by posting a report, comment, or dispute you grant Scam Caller Check a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store it as part of operating the site — including keeping it visible even if you later delete your account, unless you separately request its removal.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
